Nuances in Samsung Duos models:

  • Samsung Duos series mobile phones have two different SIMs, where one is the primary (default) SIM and other the secondary SIM. You can access the SIM Menu only if GreenLine is set as the primary (default) SIM-card. If GreenLine card is set as the secondary SIM-card, the mobile phone is not able to display the SIM Menu supplement.

3. If after entering the indicated code your phone still fails to support automatic call transformation, try making the call in manual mode. To do that, dial the number you need as indicated below:

*146*, country code, the phone number you wish to call, # and then press the “Call” button (green handset), wait for the incoming call signal, press “Call” button (green handset) again and wait for a connection with the user you are calling.

4. In Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates the use of USSD technology is not possible; therefore if you wish to take advantage of our service there, you need to switch your mobile phone over to a special mode through the SIM-card Menu. Select the Menu > SIM Menu > Settings > SMS Mode. On the opened Menu page select “ON” and press the “Enter” button.

NB! After switching over to SMS MODE, all calls are possible via SMS only; in this case the cost of an SMS will be added to the cost of the phone call.

5. If all of the above described operations failed to help you take advantage of the Service, please call our Technical support service on +371 21083000.
